Properties

O.K. Vit concentrates a very high richness in vitamin B (B vitamin complex) in a single tablet, which plays an essential role in cellular respiration.

Vitamin B1 is involved in synthesizing fats from carbohydrates, preventing certain substances from incomplete carbohydrate breakdown from accumulating in the blood and tissues, which can lead to nervous disorders.

It prolongs the cellular reaction to nerve excitement, promoting muscle work, and acts as a preventive and even a pain reliever, which is particularly interesting during intensive efforts.

Vitamin B2 is involved in cellular redox processes that facilitate internal energy transfers, in the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins by activating numerous enzymes, and acts synergistically with vitamins B1 and PP: its importance is detected in young birds when enteritis or antibiotic treatment alters the intestinal flora with a deficiency in vitamin B2: there is a growth stop.

Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) is of paramount importance for tissue function as it is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and protein synthesis by being part of coenzyme A which is an essential element in energy production.

It stimulates the formation of certain antibodies and sensitizes germs to the action of antibiotics while participating in the detoxification of foreign substances.

Vitamin B6 plays a very important and complex role: it is involved in the breakdown of amino acids and, above all, it facilitates and accelerates muscle work including that of the heart, and allows for better recovery after exertion.

Vitamin PP is involved in reactions that provide energy. It acts closely with vitamin B6.

In general, vitamin A increases resistance while vitamin E plays a considerable role in the metabolism of muscle and nerve tissues.

In summary, O.K. Vit helps compensate for a deficiency in vitamin B resulting from:

either intestinal absorption disorders following local, parasitic, or infectious conditions,
or as a result of treatments based on antibiotics, sulfonamides, intestinal antiseptics, or vermifuges.
These treatments indeed alter the intestinal flora, which can no longer synthesize the necessary B vitamins for sugar utilization, which contribute to the supply of consumed energy.

Thus, O.K. Vit revives or increases vitality, appetite, and proves to be a powerful tonic.

Indications and Directions for Use

Preparation for competitions: 2 tablets per week, 2 days apart, the second being administered on the morning of basketing.

Recovery after competitions: 1 tablet the day after returning.

Moulting: 1 tablet every 3 to 4 days.

Young bird growth: 1 tablet every 3 to 4 days for 2 weeks.
